E13 on ASKO WM76S indicates that the laundry is unevenly distributed. The control may extend the program or finish without the expected spin cycle to limit the imbalance.
Tangled laundry and difficult loads
The manufacturer documentation covers redistributing the load. Stop the cycle and wait for it to open normally. Untangle garments and separate any bundle that has concentrated the weight.
A very small load or a bulky item can be hard to distribute even if it does not exceed the maximum weight. Use the program that supports those fabrics and that volume. If you add compatible items to make up an insufficient load, stay within the program limit.
Retry with the issue corrected
With the water drained and the load evenly distributed, perform the retry allowed by the manual. Do not try to compensate by increasing the spin speed or adding water by hand.
If there is excessive foam or a drainage failure, record those symptoms separately. Laundry amount and distribution helps refine the preparation. If E13 repeats with different, suitable loads, contact service; knocks and movement are helpful when strong vibrations also appear.
E13 does not confirm faulty shock absorbers: first record the actual load conditions.
