A laundry load episode or a repeat of the unit
Pause and wait for the motion to stop and for the door to unlock. Untangle and redistribute any garments that have bunched up. Adjust the load to the program; removing or adding clothing without considering weight and composition does not guarantee balance.
If it appears with different loads, check the stability of the base when the machine is stopped. An appliance that rocks can keep failing even if you distribute the garments correctly.
The laundry distribution and the vibration check cover those checks. If the issue keeps recurring with an appropriate load and correct support, request service. Do not change the suspension just because of the warning, or increase the spin speed to get past it.
Note whether redistributing the load allowed the spin cycle to finish or whether the message came back immediately.
