Error E10, E11, or C1 in Electrolux washers: water supply

E10, E11, and C1 on compatible Electrolux models point to water circuit issues. On some panels, the same family is signaled with a beep or flash.

Describe how the fill fails

The manufacturer's documentation includes no inlet, insufficient filling, and problems related to the water path. Check the home's water supply and the washer shutoff valve before attempting a reset.

If it starts taking in water, watch whether it keeps coming in slowly or whether it drains at the same time. A poorly installed drain can encourage siphoning loss; compare the height and connection with the PNC manual.

Check the accessible parts

Look for kinks in the hoses. The screens should only be cleaned when the manual authorizes that access: turn off the water, prepare for disconnection, and reinstall the filter and gasket afterward. Verify that the connection does not leak. The guide to inlet screens expands on that procedure.

If there is foam, check the dose and product as an additional condition, not as an automatic explanation for all E10 errors. If the external path is correct and the alert returns, request service with the full code. Do not infer a valve fault just because there is no water in the drum.

Keep the PNC handy when you inquire: the dimensions and controls of another Electrolux may not match.
