EH0/EHO in Electrolux refers to the power supply. The family distinguishes EH1 for out-of-range frequency, EH2 for high voltage, and EH3 for low voltage.
Separate the supply issue from the appliance fault
The manufacturer documentation confirms those subcodes, but the panel is not a substitute for a professional electrical check. Note whether other appliances also experienced outages or whether the fault started after changing the connection.
Visually inspect a direct connection, without an extension cord or improvised adapters. Do not open the outlet or test another appliance if there is heat, odor, damage, or moisture. If the protective devices trip, stop retrying and request an inspection.
Reset only if there are no signs of damage
Support advises disconnecting for 30 to 60 seconds and then selecting a program again when the connection is dry, accessible, and safe. Check the PNC manual; if the error returns, do not keep disconnecting repeatedly.
A problem shared with the electrical system should be handled by an electrician. If the power supply has been checked and only the washer is failing, request appliance service. The guide to the washer outlet and protective devices explains what the installation should check, without assuming a universal voltage.
Report the error suffix: frequency and voltage do not describe the same condition.
