Error E10, E11, or C1 in AEG washing machines: water supply

E10, E11, or C1 on AEG, and a beep or flash on compatible models, indicate problems with the water circuit, usually during filling.

No water, slow inlet, or loss during filling

The manufacturer documentation groups water supply and water flow problems. First check the faucet and whether the home has water. Look at the accessible hose for any crushing or kinking.

If water enters but does not stay in the machine, compare the drain position with the PNC manual. A connection that allows siphoning is not fixed by increasing the dose or restarting the cycle.

Filters and foam as observed

The inlet screens are cleaned only through the user procedure, turning off the supply first and preparing for disconnection. Refit seals and filters and check for leaks. See inlet screen maintenance.

If there is foam, check the product and amount: it can affect circuit behavior. Do not blame every E10 on detergent, and do not open a pump filter without confirming that this path matches the symptom and the manual.

If the alert returns with normal supply and correct installation, request service with the PNC. Flow rates and heights must be taken from its documentation; the code does not confirm a faulty solenoid valve.

Note whether the water never enters or whether it enters and is lost; that difference helps guide the inspection.
