E02 Error on Hoover: no water entering

E02 on Hoover Dynamic Next is related to an inability to fill or insufficient water supply. Check the tap, hose, and installation according to the model.

If no water is entering

The manufacturer documentation points to water availability and pressure. Check whether the tap is open and whether there is a household outage. Inspect the accessible hose: a bent or pinched section can restrict the flow in.

If the manual allows cleaning the mesh filters, turn off the water and prepare to disconnect before accessing them. Reinstall the filter and gasket and check the connections. See inlet mesh filter maintenance. Do not assume a reference pressure from another appliance.

If water enters but does not stay

Note whether it is also draining during filling and compare the drain position with the manual. Dynamic Next guidance includes checking the pump depending on the scenario; it does not mean that every E02 requires opening the drain filter.

After correcting an accessible condition, follow the panel’s retry prompt. If the issue persists, report the model and water behavior to service. Do not apply E02 universally to all Hoover models or replace a valve based on the code alone.

Distinguishing between no supply and water that enters but is lost avoids checking the wrong circuit.
