E5 and E27 Warnings on Beko: Filter and Water Drainage

On the Beko B3WFU48215WW ES, E5 points to the pump filter and E27 to the drain setup. Both require checking the drainage with the confirmed model.

Two warnings on the same cycle

The table on page 40 of the manufacturer documentation does not present E5 and E27 as interchangeable codes. With E5, check the filter for cleanliness; with E27, pay special attention to the hose and its connection to the installation section.

Look for bends, a blocked household drain outlet, and drain height. Do not use a measurement from another series or change connections without checking the manual.

Filter preparation

Stop the appliance, disconnect it safely, and let the water cool. Use the intended gradual draining process, with a container and the ability to interrupt the flow. Remove the filter only after that; clean any accessible residue and close it again so it seals properly.

If the path is clear and the warning appears again during operation, request service. If you saw it only in the history, note that circumstance and the current behavior: do not take parts apart to correct an old record. Cleaning the drain filter expands on the preparation.

The disappearance of a stored code does not verify the machine's outlet flow.
