E84 on the Beko B3WFU48215WW ES means the HomeWhiz BLE connection is not established. Check the Bluetooth pairing before treating it as a washing fault.
Bluetooth, remote control, and Wi-Fi
The manufacturer documentation refers to HomeWhiz and its remote function. BLE is the low-energy Bluetooth connection; it does not mean that all Beko appliances use Wi-Fi or that pairing and remote control are the same step.
Make sure the phone has Bluetooth enabled and the permissions requested by the official app. Bring it close to the appliance and follow the pairing sequence in the manual, with the panel function in the indicated state.
First connection or lost link
If it has never connected, note the step where it fails. If it used to work, record any changes to the phone, permissions, or settings. Do not clear data or reset home networks indiscriminately.
If E84 persists after you have checked the supported settings, report the model, device, and displayed message to support. Do not share passwords or disable router protections. Confirm in the manual which programs can be used from the panel while the remote function is affected.
If the code was obtained from the history, check whether the phone is still failing now before trying the pairing again.
