E8 Error on Beko: no water entering

E8 in the Beko B3WFU48215WW ES manual indicates that the appliance may not be drawing in water. Check the water supply, hose, and door closure according to that model.

Water supply and door closure

The manufacturer documentation, in its table of alerts, suggests checking faucets, supply interruptions, a kinked hose, and door closure. Note whether the unit does not fill at all, fills slowly, or takes in water and then loses it.

With the machine stopped, check that no clothing is preventing the door from closing. Do not infer a faulty inlet valve from the lack of visible water; the code does not identify a part by itself.

Why the pump filter also appears

The table for this model includes cleaning it in the E8 sequence. Only do this by following the procedure in the manual, with the power safely disconnected, cold water, and controlled draining before removing the cap. This check should not be applied to all Beko series.

After correcting the accessible conditions, perform the specified retry. If the failure continues, request assistance. Specify whether E8 appears during the cycle or was read from historical information; an earlier record does not necessarily describe the current state.

Keep the water observation alongside the code: not filling and losing water during filling are different situations.
