OC, OE, 0C, and 0E refer to excess water in documented Samsung machines. If the level rises or there is overflow, stop the water supply and avoid new test cycles.
The Samsung USA chart keeps variants with O and with zero. On multi-drum units, an additional prefix may appear: note that as well.
Watch the water level without triggering another alarm
If you see that water is still entering, shut off the supply if you can access it safely. Record whether it happened during the cycle or with the machine stopped. Do not turn the valve back on just to demonstrate the behavior.
If there is water near outlets or wiring, avoid contact and cut power from a dry, safe place, or seek help. Do not force the door open to remove clothes from a tub that is full.
The warning may require investigating water intake, detection, and control. A level that appears to drop does not prove the cause has been corrected, and the code does not require replacing a valve. If it returns or you cannot control the fill, stop using the appliance and request service.
The LC family for level or leak is interpreted separately; a similarity in letters does not make the two groups equivalent.
Keep the affected unit reference and the level trend so the inspection does not rely only on the display text.
