F9 E1 and F09 E01 are related to drainage on the documented Brastemp front-load BNF15. The full code points to draining, without requiring the pump to be replaced.
The association appears in the BNF15ASANA manual. Do not interpret F9 on any Brastemp by itself as the same failure.
Check the water and outlet path
Check whether the drum still has water and whether the external hose is crushed, bent, or improperly connected. The manual sets specific requirements for placement and insertion into the drain; do not replace them with a generic height.
Note whether the water drains out partially, whether the pump can be heard, and whether there was heavy suds. Sound alone does not prove sufficient flow, and a failure to drain does not by itself distinguish between a blockage and an internal fault.
See hose installation and the washer that will not drain for more checks. Do not open filters or panels that the manual does not present as user access, especially with retained or hot water. If the issue persists after the allowed inspection, request a diagnosis.
Provide both parts of the sequence and explain how much water remained; avoid requesting a pump before checking the outlet.
