E3-1 and E3-2 share the load and support check on the Toshiba AW-E900LM. The manual links them to balance, without identifying a failed suspension part.
The grouping is verified in the official top-load manual. The panel alternates E3 with the suffix; record both even if they share checks.
Clothing distribution and stability
Stop the cycle and wait for the drum to come to a complete stop before opening it. Untangle garments and redistribute the weight, especially if a heavy item shifted to one side. Do not pack the laundry down to add more clothes to an already overloaded load.
With the machine stopped, check whether the support is stable or whether the floor is uneven. Correcting the load will not fix an appliance that rocks on its feet. Leveling and restarting should follow the appliance manual.
If the alarm repeats with proper loads and correct support, request an inspection. Do not raise the speed to bypass the protection or replace shock absorbers because of the message. E3 on another Toshiba model is not defined by this table.
Keep track of which of the two suffixes appeared and what laundry was inside so you can document a recurrence accurately.
