Check the outlet and any remaining water
See whether there is visible water and whether the hose was pinched against a wall or behind the appliance. Check its connection to the home drain without changing the height to a number taken from another machine.
A machine that does not finish draining can also prevent spinning and keep the door locked. Do not force the handle or open a filter assuming the water has already left.
If the manual includes an accessible filter, follow its residual draining steps, with power disconnected and the water cooled. Not all Hisense models share that access. If the issue persists after external checks and authorized service, request a diagnosis.
