F01 warns of insufficient supply in the documented Hisense HWFY family. Check whether the valve is open and whether water is reaching the machine before treating it as an internal fault.
The match is confirmed in the Hisense New Zealand HWFY7514/8514/9514/1014 guide, with S/T variants. It does not automatically extend to other series.
An initial pause does not equal F01
These machines may weigh the load at startup. If only dashes appear and the program continues its sequence, refer to that manual state; this page applies when F01 actually appears.
Check the household water supply and the washer valve. Look to see whether the hose is crushed or bent. If water arrives at low flow, pressure conditions should be checked against the full manual, without copying limits from another model.
Cleaning strainers and disconnecting a hose should only be done as user maintenance instructions indicate, after first shutting off the supply and isolating the power. Do not remove the valve.
If water is available and F01 returns, note whether anything reaches the drum and request an inspection of the fill system.
Keep the full HWFY reference, including the suffix; it helps locate the correct water inlet procedure.
