In the pattern documented by Consul, the dirt, spin, and lock lights flashing together point to an unbalanced load of laundry. It does not refer to just any flashing control panel.
The official Brazilian Consul FAQ associates that combination with a load imbalance. Compare the full pattern with your reference manual before applying the explanation.
Record the lights and redistribute the laundry
Observe which indicators flash together and which stay on steadily. A single snapshot can hide that difference; a short sequence helps describe it without changing settings.
Stop the machine and wait until the drum comes to a complete stop and the lid can be opened. Redistribute the garments around the agitator, avoiding leaving them concentrated on one side. Check that the selected water level matches the amount of laundry according to the manual.
Resume only with the sequence indicated by the unit. If the pattern differs from the one described, do not continue with this interpretation. If it matches and repeats with the load distributed evenly, request support with the reference and the exact indicators. Do not bypass the lid lock.
When reporting the issue, list the lights and how they behave; “all of them flash” can miss the combination that identifies the warning.
