Candy identifies E02 as a water inlet problem in compatible washing machines. Check whether it does not fill, fills only slightly, or loses water while trying to fill.
Check supply and hose
The official Candy technical FAQ points E02 to the inlet circuit. Check that the tap is open and that there is a household water supply. Look to see whether the hose is bent, crushed, or damaged without pulling the appliance out.
If the flow is low, check the conditions in the model manual. Do not use a pressure value from another platform or try to adjust internal inlet parts.
Filters and water loss
An accessible mesh screen may need cleaning if the manual calls for it. Turn off the water before disconnecting it, then reinstall the mesh screen and gasket; verify that it is sealed. See cleaning inlet screens.
If water enters but also drains out at the same time, check the height and placement according to the installation diagram. Do not automatically attribute that behavior to a faulty valve.
After correcting anything accessible, follow the panel recovery steps. If E02 returns with normal supply, request a diagnosis with the model and those observations listed separately.
A fill code describes a condition; by itself, it does not identify the component at fault.
