If the water seems to reach a temperature clearly outside the program’s settings, stop using the machine and let it cool down. Do not open the filter or the door to check the heat.
Confirm what operation it was performing
Check the program and the selected options. A high-temperature wash is not the same as a load set to run cold. The heat from the built-in drying cycle belongs to a different circuit and does not mean the water is overheating.
If the issue started after an installation, check the connection ofthe hot and cold water hoses. Do not disconnect a hot or pressurized hose to check it.
What may need inspection
The reading of thethermal sensor, theheater control, or the supply can produce results different from expected. A temperature-related symptom requires checking the regulation, not automatically replacing the probe.
Record the program, load, messages, and whether there was steam or an unusual odor. Do not run another cycle to compare temperatures or adjust internal controls.
Recovering the laundry
Wait for the cooling and opening conditions stated in the manual. If water remains trapped, theemergency drain should only be performed when there is no burn risk and through the authorized access point.
If you cannot tell the difference between expected heat and a major fault, request service before washing fabrics again that could be damaged or exposing yourself to a hot opening.
Cooling lets you handle the machine, but it does not confirm that a regulation fault has gone away.
